The Account Executive will work individually and in small teams to promote and
sell MLS Assistant, our web-based application, to real estate brokers. Account
Executives will conduct prospecting, field sales, and presentations to offices
and groups of varying sizes. Qualified applicants will possess excellent communication
skills, be self-motivated, work well in a fast-paced environment, and have the
ability to generate and maintain strong business relationships. Prior sales experience in
addition to experience in the real estate or mortgage business is a requirement.
The Applications Developer will work individually and in small teams to design, implement,
and test web-based applications using Visual Basic, ASP, and MS SQL in a Windows environment.
Qualified applicants will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and work
well in a fast-paced environment. BS in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Familiarity with any/all of: Linux, Java, XML, PHP, or MySQL a definite plus.
