- Update your search criteria, contact information, or password quickly and
easily from this website
- Search for property outside of your normal DailyAlert search parameters
- View property details in an easy-to-read format, without having to decipher
confusing MLS abbreviations
- Save favorite properties and frequent searches in your "Home Portfolio" for
easy access
The following links are provided on every property found in MLS Assistant:
- View Map - Displays a map of the property location (town only if the client
is not allowed to see address information), and allows the client to find
driving directions to the property
- City Report - Displays information on the city where the property is located
- School Report - Displays information on schools in the city where the property
is located
- Compare to Other Homes - Displays other currently available and recently sold
properties that are close in price and location to the current property
- Mortgage Calculator - Helps the buyer estimate mortgage payments for the property
- Email Agent - Allows the buyer to email you a full listing sheet for the current
property and provide comments if they would like more information, or to schedule
a showing
- Email Friend - Sends a public listing sheet to someone else who they think would
be interested in the property
- Add to Portfolio - Saves the property in their "Home Portfolio"
- Print - Prints out the listing sheet
Your buyers will NEVER see broker information! They will only see
YOU as their agent to contact.
