The MLS Assistant Office Account contains all of the great features included in the
MLS Assistant Agent Account, and adds features that help
office management and agents work collaboratively to provide prospective buyers with the
best possible service.
The MLS Assistant Office Account allows an office manager and agents in an office to work
collaboratively and individually to manage incoming leads from multiple sources. Leads
originating from an office web site, an agent’s personal web site, phone calls, and office
"walk-ins" can all be managed from the MLS Assistant. Agents can work individually with
their buyers, while also gaining valuable exposure from their office’s print and electronic
marketing efforts.
Your office website is the most important component of your print and electronic marketing
campaigns. All prospective buyers will be directed to your website to obtain more information,
where they will be invited to register to search for homes and receive DailyAlert emails of new
and updated properties. Your new MLS Assistant Office Account integrates very easily with your
existing website. Our staff is here to help you with this process, or to design and create an
entirely new website for you.
During the registration process, buyers are asked if they are already working with an agent.
If they are working with an agent in your office that has an MLS Assistant account, their
contact information is AUTOMATICALLY placed directly in that agent's Contact Manager.
If they are not already working with an agent in your office, then their contact information
is placed in a general folder administered by the office manager or administrative assistant.
The manager or administrative assistant can transfer contacts from this general account to an
agent in the office at a later time. The choice of which agent will receive transferred contacts
will be made according to the structure already in place in your office for incoming lead management.
Using the Contact Manager, any agent in your office with an MLS Assistant Agent Account can
receive transferred contacts from the office manager, administrative assistant, or other agents
in the office. Agents can also transfer their own contacts to other agents in the office,
which is helpful for cooperative selling, vacation coverage, or handing off a lead to another
agent. Contact transfer is an easy and affordable way to manage leads in an office, and you
to maintain your existing structure for handling incoming leads.
While the office website is a great way for agents to get exposure, any agent can also place a
direct link to their MLS Assistant Agent account on one or more personal websites at NO EXTRA
